Noise insulation between the apartments could be improved.

I liked the serenity and the privacy, it was very peaceful. The views were amazing. It was nice to be able to have the swimming pool to oneselves.The accomodation was new, but still had that rustic feeling. It was equipped well. We enjoyed watching the pigs and piglets!

We had high expectations of the resturant given everything is produced naturally on the land, however, it was extremely disappointing. The pizza had no seasoning and the service was poor. The staff seemed far from attentive and lacked the warmth we found from other locals.

Great Views, Quiet, Very Clean, exceptional Staff, dog friendly! Try the restaurant! It serves food raised and grown on the farm that is attached to the premises. We'll be back!

Recycling bins were over-full. A little hard to find. We tried two different GPSs and they didn't know the address. So here are the GPS coordinates for future reference: 40°38'29.66"N, 8°15'34.77"E.

Amazing Location with Great Amenities

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming villa nestled in a picturesque location. The villa itself was well-equipped and offered everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The highlight of our trip was definitely the beautiful swimming pools, perfect for relaxing and cooling off under the sun. The villa also had a convenient little shop nearby, making it easy to grab any essentials we needed.

Although our stay was mostly pleasant, there were a few minor areas that could be improved. The lounge chairs and seats at the swimming pool were quite outdated and not as comfortable as we would have liked.

I recommend this hotel for all who would like to exploire this part of Sardinia. The rooms and surroundings are clean, room facilities enable to feel like at home.

The location of Residenze Di Campagna San Giuliano is absolutely breathtaking, with beautiful views of the surrounding area. The apartment I stayed in was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff at the reception were not only nice, but also extremely helpful. I had no problems with late check-in or early check-out. The estate itself is beautiful, with three pools spread out across the property. The front desk staff is friendly and the affiliated restaurant offers delicious local food. There are also animals on the farm, including donkeys, pigs, horses, and two adorable dogs. The bathroom even had a washing machine for us to use, and there were inflatables and toys for kids at every pool.

I felt so relaxed during my stay at Residenze Di Campagna San Giuliano that I have nothing to complain about.

The location was perfect for a quiet relaxing break. The views were amazing. While lying by the pool you were surrounded by mountain views, fab.

The location was fantastic, surrounded by beautiful flowers, rosemary plants, and olive trees. The staff treated us with a warm welcome and excellent service. We loved the peacefulness of the place and the presence of animals on the farm. a delightful stay!
